Ameriwest Lithium Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is focused on identifying and acquiring critical mineral projects for exploration and resource development. The Company is advancing its Thompson Valley lithium clay property in Arizona and is in the process of optioning its Railroad Valley lithium brine property in Nevada to Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. The Thompson Valley property totaled approximately 2,900 acres (1,170 hectares) and is in Yavapai County. This deposit represents prospective lithium sedimentary mineralization with surface or near-surface exposure of lithium-bearing clays, with historic grades. The Deer Musk East Property consisted of 283 placer claims spanning a total of over 5,600 acres and is located approximately five miles from Albemarle's Silver Peak lithium project. The Little Smoky Valley Property is located 30 miles south of Eureka, Nevada. The Company acquired lithium property consisting of 312 claims in the Railroad Valley, Nevada.
