Asian Pay Television Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based business trust focused on pay-television (TV) and broadband businesses. The Trust has an investment mandate to acquire controlling interests in and to own, operate and maintain mature, cash-generative pay-TV and broadband businesses in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. Its sole investment, Taiwan Broadband Communications Group (TBC), is a cable TV operator in Taiwan. The TBC, through its fiber network, delivers Basic cable TV, Premium digital TV, and high-speed Broadband services to its subscribers. The TBC provides over 161 channels of local and international content on its digital TV platforms. The Trust subsidiaries include APTT Holdings 1 Limited, APTT Holdings 2 Limited, Best Cable TV Co., Ltd., Shin Ho Cable TV Co., Ltd., and others. APTT Management Pte. Limited is the Trustee-Manager of the TBC.
