About ADZZF
Advance Residence Investment Corp is a Japan-based closed-end real estate investment trust (REIT). The Fund aims to maximize shareholder value by diversifying its investments across all types of rental housing located throughout Japan, with the goal of achieving stable returns and growth of its managed assets over the medium to long term. The Fund invests in the rental housing market. Investment properties include RESIDIA Shimazuyama, RESIDIA Nakameguro, RESIDIA Setagaya-Tsurumaki, RESIDIA Ikejiriohashi, RESIDIA Kudanshita, RESIDIA Hatagaya and others. The asset manager of the Fund is Itochu Reit Management Co Ltd.
