The Power Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution and sale of electricity to the end-users. The Parent Company and Others segment, which includes the operations of the Company, retail electricity sales to various offtakers eligible as contestable customers, and electricity-related services such as the installation of electrical equipment. Its wholly owned subsidiaries are Aboitiz Renewables, Inc., Therma Power, Inc., AboitizPower International Pte. Ltd., Aboitiz Energy Solutions, Inc., Balamban Enerzone Corporation, and Lima Enerzone Corporation.
