Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The Company intends to focus on businesses in the technology metals (Technology Metals) and energy transition critical materials (ETMs) sectors and the geographic region of the Company's search for a prospective target will not include the People's Republic of China (PRC) or the special administrative regions of Hong Kong or Macau and it will not undertake its initial business combination with any entity with its principal business operations in China including Hong Kong and Macau. The Company has not commenced any operations nor generated any revenues.
