Vimy Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and evaluation company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation on the Mulga Rock Project. The Mulga Rock Project includes undeveloped uranium resources. The project is located approximately 240 kilometers northeast of Kalgoorlie in the Great Victoria Desert of Western Australia. The Company has 17 tenements that relate to the Mulga Rock Project, of which two are mining leases, six are exploration licenses, six are prospecting licenses and three are miscellaneous licenses. The Mulga Rock Project ore reserves include Princess and Ambassador at Mulga Rock East, and Emperor and Shogun at Mulga Rock West. The Company also holds a 1,700 square kilometers sedimentary exhalative (SEDEX) base metals land, whch is located next to its Mulga Rock uranium project.
