The Bank also services and subservice loans. The Bank’s customer base is primarily located in the Ann Arbor, Michigan metropolitan statistical area. It also owns and manages mortgage related assets, both whole loans and mortgage servicing rights (MSRs). The Bank's personal banking services include personal checking accounts, personal savings accounts, and consumer lending. It also provides insurance to its customers through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ann Arbor Insurance Centre.
