Tribeca Resources Corporation is a Canada-based copper explorer focused on northern Chile. Its La Higuera IOCG Project is now 100%-owned and has seen over 10,000m of drilling with mineralization defined over a 1.4-kilometer (km) strike length at the Gaby discovery. The Chiricuto and Jiguata projects are early-stage porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum targets, held under purchase option agreements. The La Higuera IOCG Property consists of 34 mining and two exploration licenses for 2,827 hectares (ha), located in the Coquimbo Region of northern Chile, 40 km north of the city of La Serena. The La Higuera IOCG Property is hosted within Jurassic to Cretaceous-age intrusive and volcanic rocks that form part of the Coastal Cordillera. The Jiguata Property is a 10,000-ha property comprising over 34 exploration licenses and is located in the Tarapaca region in northern Chile. It is situated in the northern extension of the prolific Palaeocene and Eocene-Oligocene porphyry copper belts.
