About SPAUF
Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration-stage resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company is focused on advancing its 100%-owned Spanish Mountain Gold Project towards construction of the next gold mine in the Cariboo Gold Corridor, British Columbia. The Spanish Mountain property is located in the Cariboo region of central BC, six kilometers (km) east of the village of Likely, and 66 km northeast of the City of Williams Lake. The property, which comprises approximately 55 contiguous mineral claims and 15 placer claims and covers an area of approximately 13,716 hectares and 2,240 hectares respectively, is 100% owned by the Company. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Wildrose Resources Ltd. (Wildrose).
