Resouro Strategic Metals Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on the discovery and advancement of economic mineral projects in Brazil, including the Tiros Titanium-Rare Earths Project and the Novo Mundo Gold Project. The Tiros project has 28 mineral concessions totaling 497 square kilometers (km2) located in the state of Minas Gerais, an infrastructurally developed states of Brazil, 350 kilometers (km) from the state capital of Belo Horizonte. Its Mineral Resource Estimate for the Tiros Project contains 165 million tons of titanium dioxide and 5.5 million tons of total rare earths oxides within a Measured and Indicated Resource of 1.4 billion tons. It positions it as a significant player in the rare earth elements and titanium markets. The Novo Mundo project is located in the established gold mining district of the Alta Floresta Gold Belt, Mato Grosso. Its three contiguous exploration licenses cover an area of 16,735 hectares.
