QDM International Inc, formerly 24/7 Kid Doc Inc, is a telemedicine company that offers telemedicine access to K-12 schools at no cost to those schools and bill the patient’s insurance or Medicaid for the consultation. The Company provides Connect-a-Doc telemedicine kits to schools. The telemedicine kits generally include digital otoscope, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, dental camera and dermatology camera. The Company provides services which include acute illness or injury care, dermatology examinations of rashes and lesions, diagnosis and recommendations as to treatment or referral, administering scheduled medications, prescribing non-narcotic medications via e-prescription directly to the student’s designated pharmacy, mental health counseling for depression, drug abuse, and family problems and consulting with staff regarding eating disorders and other behavior issues.
