PolarX Limited is an advanced mineral explorer and developer. The Company holds interests in copper, gold and silver exploration projects in Nevada and Alaska USA. Its projects include the Alaska Range Copper Gold Project (Alaska Range Project), which comprises the Stellar Gold Copper Property and the Caribou Dome Copper Property, and the Humboldt Range Project, which comprises the Black Canyon and Fourth of July mineral claim groups. The Stellar Project comprises 231 contiguous State Mining Claims and is located immediately adjacent to the Company’s Caribou Dome Copper Project. The Caribou Dome Project comprises 216 contiguous State Mining Claims and is located immediately adjacent to the Company’s Stellar Project. The Humboldt Range Gold-Silver project comprises 364 lode mining claims in Nevada in two claim groups: Black Canyon and Fourth of July and is situated between two large-scale active mines: the Florida Canyon gold mine and the Rochester silver-gold mine.
