The Minago property is located in northern Manitoba, Canada within the southern part of the Thompson Nickel Belt, approximately 107 kilometers north of the Town of Grand Rapids, Manitoba and 225 kilometers south of the City of Thompson, Manitoba. The Minago Project comprises over 94 mining claims and two mining leases. The Gibellini vanadium project comprises the Gibellini, Bisoni and Louie Hill vanadium deposits and associated claims located in the State of Nevada, United States.
