MCF Energy Ltd. is a junior resource company. The Company is engaged in the identification, and the exploration and development, of both proven and unproven reserves via drilling and/or acquisition with a focus on the European oil and gas sector. The Company has secured interests in several significant natural gas exploration projects in Austria and Germany with additional concession applications pending. It is also evaluating additional opportunities throughout Europe. It is involved in the development of a natural gas industry as a transition to renewable energy sources. It has been awarded a natural gas exploration concession, Lech East. Lech East is approximately 100 square kilometers in size located in Southwest Bavaria, Germany, granted by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy for an initial term of three years. It has three production licenses and three exploration licenses in the Vienna Basin of Czechia within the Carpathian Mountains.
