Lodestar Minerals Limited is an Australia-based active critical metals, gold and base metals explorer. The Company’s projects include the Virgin Mountain rare earths (REE) project in the United States, the Darwin and Three Saints Copper & Gold projects in Chile, and the 100% owned Earaheedy and Ned’s Creek Gold projects in Western Australia. The Virgin Mountain REE Project is situated on the border of Nevada and Arizona, which contains heavy rare early elements, including yttrium, ytterbium, dysprosium, terbium, gadolinium, holmium, erbium, lutetium and thulium, as well as valuable light rare earth elements neodymium and praseodymium. The Neds Creek is a 100% owned gold project located in the northern Yilgarn region of Western Australia. The Earaheedy Project is defined by an approximately 450 square kilometer (km2) land package in the Earaheedy Basin. The Darwin Project in Chile lies within one of the iron oxides, copper, gold (IOCG) Belts in the Candelaria Deposit.
