Lumina Gold Corp. is a Canada-based precious and base metals exploration and development company. It is focused on the Cangrejos Gold Project located in El Oro Province, southwest Ecuador. It has defined significant gold and copper mineral resources and reserves at the Cangrejos and Gran Bestia deposits within the Cangrejos Project. The Cangrejos Project is located in the foothills of the Andes in the southwest of Ecuador and lies 30 kilometers (km) southeast of Machala, the capital of El Oro Province, and 150 km south of Guayaquil, Ecuador’s city. The Cangrejos Project consists of six mineral concessions covering a total area of 5,682 hectares. Within the area of the concessions, the Company owns or controls approximately 2,444 hectares of land / surface rights, which cover various important locations with respect to known and potential resources. Its subsidiaries include Odin Mining del Ecuador S.A., Lumina Trading (Caymans) Ltd. and Odin Ecuador Holdings Inc.
