Kuya Silver Corporation is a mining company with a focus on silver. The Company operates the Bethania silver mine in Peru, while developing district-scale silver projects in mining-friendly jurisdictions including Peru and Canada. The Company’s Bethania Silver Project consists of three properties in the same area of interest, Bethania, Carmelitas, and Tres Banderas. The Bethania Silver project is located in Central Peru, in the northwestern part of Huancavelica Department, approximately 316 kilometers (km) by road from Lima. The project encompasses about 4500 hectares (ha) and includes both the Bethania Mine and Carmelitas property. Its Silver Kings Project is located in the Cobalt district of northeastern Ontario, Canada. The Silver Kings Project encompasses the 100%-owned Kerr Assets, the remaining assets and the other properties totaling more than 13,000 ha in the Coleman, Gilles Limit, Lorrain, South Lorrain, Kittson, Barr, Klock, and Dane townships in north-eastern Ontario.
