Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc. is a Canada-based junior mining exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, production, and development of mining properties. The Company’s properties are in Quebec, Canada, primarily in the spodumene-bearing pegmatites of the La Corne Batholith, around North American Lithium's Quebec lithium mine. Its projects include Vallee Lithium property, Baillarge-Est property, and Preissac-Lacorne property. The Vallee Lithium property is located in the Province of Quebec, in Abitibi. The Vallee Lithium property consists of a set of 48 cells designated on a map that cover surveyed intra-municipal lots covering 1997 hectares. The Baillarge-Est property, consisting of 35 claims, is positioned 38 kilometers north of the town of Val d’Or and at a distance of about 30 kilometers southwest of the village of Barraute. The Preissac-La Corne project consists of a set of 161 mining claims which covers surveyed intra-municipal lots.
