The Company operates in three segments: corporate, airport security and other aviation services, and technology. The airport security and other aviation services segment provide security and other services to airlines and airport authorities, predominantly in Europe and the United States. The technology segment is involved in the development and sale of identity security software to financial and other institutions, in Europe and the United States. ICTS, through its subsidiary, Huntleigh USA, Corp. (Huntleigh), engages primarily in non-security related activities in the United States. ICTS, through I-SEC International Security B.V. (I-SEC) and its subsidiaries, supplies aviation security services at airports in Europe and the Far East. ICTS, through Au10tix Ltd. (Au10Tix) and AU10TIX B.V., develops technological systems and solutions for financial and other institutions.
