Horizon Copper Corp. is a resource company with a portfolio of high-quality, cash-flowing and development stage copper assets. Its objective is to actively grow its existing portfolio of assets, with a focus on copper projects, including through strategic partnership opportunities with Sandstorm Gold Ltd. (Sandstorm). The Company's key assets include Antamina, which is an open-pit copper mine located in the Andes Mountain range of Peru, 270 kilometers north of Lima; Hod Maden, it has a 30% equity interest in the entity which holds the Hod Maden copper-gold project, which is located in Artvin Province, northeastern Turkiye; and Oyu Tolgoi (Hugo North Extension & Heruga), the Company has an approximate 24% equity interest in Entree which holds a 20% interest in the Hugo North Extension and Heruga deposits of the Oyu Tolgoi copper mine located in Mongolia. The Hugo North Extension is a copper-gold porphyry deposit and Heruga is a copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposit.
