Golden Star Resource Corp. is an exploration stage company in the mining industry. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mining claims. The Company holds 100% interest in four contiguous Federal BLM unpatented lode mining claims in Nevada that are acquired for mineral exploration purposes, primarily in exploration for precious metals. The four GSR lode mining claims, named GSR 1, 2, 3 and 4, each of the four claims are approximately 20.66 acres in size for a total of 82.64 acres. The GSR 1-4 unpatented lode mining claims are situated in Sections 9 and 16, T14N, R35E, MDM, in Churchill County, Nevada. The property is located 98 air miles southeast of Reno, NV and 48 air miles southeast of Fallon, NV.
