It owns a 100% interest in the 3,639-hectare Slate Falls Property and is located in the Patricia Mining District between the Red Lake and Pickle Lake gold camps in the southwestern extension of the Meen-Dempster Greenstone Belt. It owns a 100% interest in the Pipestone Bay property, which is located within the Red Lake Greenstone Belt approximately 32 kilometers (km) west of the town of Red Lake. It owns a 100% interest in the 1,054-hectare McDonough Property, subject to a 1.5% net smelter returns (NSR) royalty. This property is located 15 km north of the town of Red Lake.
