Fortune Bay Corp. is an exploration and development company. The Company has 100% ownership in two advanced gold projects in Canada, Saskatchewan (Goldfields Project) and Mexico, Chiapas (Poma Rosa Project), both with exploration and development potential. The Company is also advancing seven uranium exploration projects on the northern rim of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, which have high-grade potential. The 100% owned Goldfields Project is the Company’s advanced property located in northern Saskatchewan, approximately 13 kilometers (km) south of Uranium City. The 100% owned Poma Rosa Project, located in Chiapas State, Mexico, is a copper-gold project. Its uranium projects include Murmac Uranium Project, Strike Uranium Project, and 100% owned Woods Uranium Projects (including the Spruce, Pine, Aspen, Birch and Fir Projects). The 100% owned Murmac Uranium Project comprises the western block of claims. The 100% owned Strike Uranium Project comprises four mineral dispositions.
