Grit Metals Corp. is a junior mining company, which is focused on the Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum Finnish Pegmatite Project mineral claims in central Finland and several precious metals mineral claims in Northern Finland. Its Finland projects include Central Finland Lithium Exploration Projects and Northern Finland Gold Projects. The Company’s Lithium Project covers over 15,770 hectares (ha) located adjacent to Sibanye-Stillwater/Keliber’s Lithium pegmatite deposit cluster and less than two kilometers (km) from Keliber’s spodumene concentrator mill and 25 south-east of Keliber’s Lithium Hydroxide Chemical Plant in Kokkola on the Gulf of Bothnia coast. Its Lithium Project prospects are Jylha Prospects, Tastula Prospects, and Kyrola Prospect. Its reservations include Kontti and Kontti 2 Reservations, Haara Reservation, Mairivaara and Nousu Reservations, Angelvaara, and Kiila. The Haara Reservation is considered prospective for battery and rare metals and rare earth elements, among others.
