Altura Energy Corp. is an exploration and production company with interests in the Holbrook basin of Arizona. The Company’s principal business activity is helium exploration, production and storage solutions. Its Pinta-South Helium Project contains ultra-high helium concentration of 5-8% in the prolific Holbrook basin of Arizona. The Company holds an interest in existing helium production as well as a working interest in a large-scale helium exploration and production program in the Holbrook Basin (the Pinta South Project). It owns about 27,000 acres in the prolific Holbrook basin in Arizona, United States. It has nine wells connected to pipeline with an additional 10 wells at various stages of completion awaiting tie-in and more than 300 well development plan. It targets multiple reservoirs, including Shinarump Formation, Coconino Sandstone, Fort Apache Dolomite, Big A Butte, and Granite Wash and Basement. It supplies American high-tech industries with high-grade green helium.
