NatBridge Resources Ltd., formerly Great Eagle Gold Corp., is a Canada-based NatGold miner. The Company acquires and prepares certified underground gold deposits for tokenization into NatGold coins. It focuses on acquiring NI 43-101 certified gold resources to digitally mine into NatGold coins within the NatGold tokenization and monetization ecosystem. The digitally mining gold involves exchanging mining titles containing NI 43-101 or S-K 1300- compliant certified gold resources for NatGold coins through an environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-friendly digital mining process, rather than physically extracting the gold.
