About BLTH
American Battery Materials, Inc. is a renewable energy company focused on the extraction, refinement and distribution of technical minerals. The Company owns a total of approximately 743 placer claims over 14,320 acres, comprising of the 102 original claims held and 641 new claims. The Company’s Lisbon Valley Project (the Project) is located in San Juan County, Utah, approximately 35 miles southeast of the city of Moab, part of an area known as the Paradox Basin. The Project consists of 743 placer mining claims staked on United States government land administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) covering 14,300 acres. The Company’s subsidiary is Mountain Sage Minerals LLC.
