About BJBJ
BJ Bio-Tech Development Management Group Holding Corp, formerly Worry Free Tea House Holdings Co, removes drywall and other rubbish from construction sites for disposal and recycling. It operates mainly in the state of Washington. It works primarily in the residential sector and provides drywall services for single and multi-family housing, as well as new construction and remodels. As a drywall subcontractor, the Company stocks (providing required materials including sheetrock) and installs the drywall, finishes the drywall surface with a taping and mudding process, and then applies a coat of primer and texturing (or wall decoration) of the surface leaving a finished product that is ready for finish painting. The scrapping business involves the collection and removal of drywall scrap from the job site, both from job sites where the Company has performed the installation of the drywall, as well as job-sites where other sub-contractors have performed the installation of the drywall.
