Grayscale Chainlink Trust (LINK) (the Trust) is a Statutory Trust. It is a passive entity that is managed and administered by the Sponsor. Its activities include issuing Baskets in exchange for LINK transferred to the Trust as consideration in connection with the creations; transferring or selling LINK, Incidental Rights and IR Virtual Currency as necessary to cover the Sponsor's Fee and/or any Additional Trust Expenses; transferring LINK in exchange for Baskets surrendered for redemption; causing the Sponsor to sell LINK, Incidental Rights and IR Virtual Currency on the termination of the Trust; making distributions of Incidental Rights and/or IR Virtual Currency or cash from the sale thereof, and engaging in all administrative and security procedures necessary to accomplish such activities in accordance with Trust Agreement, the Prime Broker Agreement, the Index License Agreement, and the Participant Agreements. Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC acts as the Sponsor of the Trust.
