The (Long) Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Prime UnicornTM 30 Index (the “Index”) over the period beginning from Trade Date of the initial offering through the Termination Date, excluding the distributions of investment income with respect to the Fund’s Collateral Investments (as defined in the prospectus) and before fees and expenses (hereinafter, the “Index Returns”). The Index Returns are subject to a cap of 100% on the maximum percentage of any positive returns on the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”) that a shareholder can achieve from investing in the Fund over the duration of the Fund’s term, as measured from the Fund’s initial NAV per Common Share to the NAV per Common Share on the Termination Date.
