Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. is a diversified telecommunications company. The Company provides wireless services through its subsidiary, United States Cellular Corporation (UScellular). It also provides broadband, video and voice services through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, TDS Telecommunications LLC and TDS Broadband LLC (collectively, TDS Telecom). It's segments include UScellular and TDS Telecom. UScellular segment provides wireless telecommunications services to customers. UScellular also offers a range of devices, such as smartphones and other handsets, tablets, wearables, mobile hotspots, routers, and Internet of things (IoT) devices. TDS Telecom segment owns, operates and invests in communications services in a mix of rural and metropolitan communities throughout the United States. TDS Telecom provides a range of broadband, video and voice communications services to residential, commercial and wholesale customers.
