Tamboran Resources Corporation is an Australia-based independent natural gas exploration and production company. The Company is focused on an integrated approach to the commercial development of the natural gas resources in the Beetaloo Basin located within the Northern Territory of Australia. Through its subsidiaries, the Company holds approximately 2.8 million net prospective acres and is an acreage holder in the Beetaloo Basin depocenter. The Company and its subsidiaries hold prospective acreage positions, including Northern Pilot Area, Southern Pilot Area, Orion Area, Beetaloo Central Development Area (BCDA), Retention Lease (RL) 10, North Beetaloo, Southeast Beetaloo, Northwest Beetaloo, Southern Development Area, South Beetaloo, Northeast Beetaloo, EP 161, and EP 136. Northern Pilot Area (44.38%) covers approximately 20,239 acres. Southern Pilot Area (44.38%) covers around 20,230 acres. Orion Area (78%) covers approximately 493,229 acres. EP 161 (25%) covers around 512,000 acres.
