The Company's Responsive Acquisition Marketing Platform (RAMP) is omnichannel and omnivertical, and built for a privacy-centric world. RAMP enables the building of brands across multiple consumer verticals, the development and growth of a suite of privacy-focused products, and the delivery of customers to advertising partners. RAMP operates across its network of owned and operated websites, allowing it to monetize user traffic that it sources from various acquisition marketing channels, including Google, Meta and Outbrain. RAMP also allows third party advertising platforms and publishers (Network Partners) to send user traffic to, and monetize user traffic on, its owned and operated websites or through its monetization agreements. The Company owns and operates approximately 40 websites.
