Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. is a provider of natural gas and electric compression equipment, technology and services to the energy industry. The Company rents, designs, installs, services and maintains natural gas and electric compressors for oil and natural gas production and processing facilities and midstream infrastructure. Its primary focus is on the rental of natural gas engines and electric motor drive compressors. It also provides aftermarket services in the form of call-out services on customer-owned equipment as well as commissioning new units for customers. Its rental compression units provide large, medium and small horsepower applications for conventional and unconventional oil and gas production. It designs and engineer compressor components manufactured by OEM suppliers. It has approximately 1,914 compressors in its rental fleet totaling 662,542 horsepower. It has operating facilities in five states, including Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Michigan and Ohio.
