US Mountain Valley passes test after fixing leak in WV-VA pipe. The venture was on track to complete the $7.85 billion project by the end of May. Mountain Valley says it repaired a segment of pipe that failed a water test earlier in the month. The West Virginia-Virginia pipe is the only big gas pipeline project in the U.S. Northeast.
