McEwen Inc. is engaged in the production and sale of gold and silver, as well as the development and exploration of copper, gold, and silver mineral properties across North and South America. Its segments include Gold Bar Mine Complex, Fox Complex, Tartan Lake, El Gallo, MSC, and McEwen Copper. Its Fox Complex includes Froome underground gold mine (including the Froome West deposit); the Stock Mine (consisting of the West, East and Main zones); the Stock mill; the Grey Fox exploration project; and exploration and other properties located near the city of Timmins, Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project, which is in the province of Manitoba, Canada. It also holds a 100% interest in the Jewel Ridge and Jewel Ridge West projects, which are located adjacent to the Company’s Windfall and Lookout Mountain properties. It owns the El Gallo Project in Sinaloa, Mexico and a portfolio of exploration properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Argentina.
