Pioneer Municipal High Income Opportunities Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide holders of the Fund’s common stock with a high level of current income exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued by or on behalf of states, counties, municipalities, territories and possessions of the United States and the District of Columbia and their authorities, political subdivisions, agencies and instrumentalities, the interest on which is exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund may invest without limit in debt securities of any credit quality, including securities rated below investment grade. The Fund invests significantly in mortgage-related and asset-backed securities. The Fund’s investment advisor is Amundi Asset Management US, Inc.
