The Electric Motorcycles segment consists of business activities related to the design and sales of electric motorcycles and also sells electric motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel. The Electric Motorcycles segment sells electric-powered motorcycles under the LiveWire brand. The STACYC segment's products are sold wholesale to independent dealers and independent distributors, as well as direct to consumers online. STACYC sells electric balance bikes under the STACYC brand. The Company is also focused on electric dirt bike.
