ITT Inc. is a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions. The Company's segments include Flow Technologies (FT), Motion Technologies (MT), and Connect & Control Technologies (CCT). FT consists of nutrition and health, as well as flow equipment and services. It manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, marine, mining, nutrition and health, and is a provider of pumps, valves, mixers, aftermarket services and parts. MT consists of friction and shock and vibration equipment. It manufactures brake components, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive and rail transportation markets.
