IHS Holding Limited is an operator and developer of shared telecommunications infrastructure. It provides shared telecommunications infrastructure services to mobile network operators (MNOs) and other customers, who in turn provide wireless voice, data and fiber access services to their end users and subscribers. It also provides its customers with opportunities to lease space on existing Towers alongside current tenants, known as Colocation, to install additional equipment on a Tower or request certain ancillary services, known as Lease Amendments, or to commission the construction of new Towers to the customer’s specifications, known as New Sites. It leases space to its customers in secure locations within building complexes, such as shopping malls, stadiums, and airports, which refers to as in-building solutions (IBS), or distributed antenna systems (DAS), as well as provide fiber connectivity. Its geographical segments include Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, Latam, and Other.
