Augusta Gold Corp., formerly Bullfrog Gold Corp. is an exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in acquisition and exploration of properties that contain gold, silver, and other metals in the United States. The Company owns, controls or has acquired mineral rights on federal patented and unpatented mining claims in the state of Nevada for the purpose of exploration and potential development of gold, silver, and other metals on a total of approximately 5,250 acres. Its Bullfrog Project lies approximately four miles west of the town of Beatty, Nevada and 125 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Company controls around 6,750 acres of mineral rights including the Bullfrog and Montgomery-Shoshone deposits and has further identified additional mineralization around the existing pits and defined several exploration targets. The Bullfrog Projects key targets include Montomery-Shoshone, Gap Target, Bullfrog/Mystery Hill, Bonanza Mountain and Paradise Ridge.
