About ET
Energy Transfer LP owns and operates a diversified portfolio of energy assets in the United States, with approximately 140,000 miles of pipeline and associated energy infrastructure. Its segments include intrastate transportation and storage, interstate transportation and storage, midstream, natural gas liquids (NGL) and refined products transportation and services, crude oil transportation and services, investment in Sunoco LP, investment in USAC, and all others. Its operations include complementary natural gas midstream, intrastate and interstate transportation and storage assets; crude oil, NGL and refined product transportation and terminalling assets and NGL fractionation. The Company also owns the general partner interests, the incentive distribution rights and approximately 28 million common units of Sunoco LP, the managing member interests in SunocoCorp LLC, and the general partner interests and approximately 46 million common units of USA Compression Partners, LP.
