(CICA International) and CICA Life Insurance Company of America (CICA Domestic). The Home Service Insurance segment offers affordable life insurance policies to lower-income households in Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas, conducting business through Security Plan Life Insurance Company and Magnolia Guaranty Life Insurance Company.
