Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase are among four major U.S. Banks to have living wills found to have faults. The FDIC and the Fed say they have identified a shortcoming in the living will plans administered by the four banks. The banks are Bank of America and Citigroup.
