Scholastic: No More Hoarding Effects
Scholastic is benefiting from not having to guarantee inventories anymore after the 2022-2023 supply chain concerns in global markets. The company made an acquisition of a production company to push harder into bringing content to kids' screens. Scholastic has passed a sleepy quarter with book fairs and the book club business. They should be able to meet guidance, but we don't feel the valuation is compelling.
