Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. is an international franchisor of gourmet chocolate, confectionery manufacturer, and retail operator. The Company produces premium chocolate candies and other confectionery products (Durango Products). The Company also sells its candy in select locations outside of its franchised/licensed network of retail stores. The Company operates through four segments: Franchising, Production, Retail Stores, and Other.
