IMAC Holdings, Inc. is a provider of conservative medical care combining life science advancements with traditional medical care for movement-restricting diseases and conditions. The Company provides movement, orthopedic and neurological therapies through its chain of Innovative Medical Advancements and Care (IMAC) Regeneration Centers. The Company, through its outpatient medical clinics, provide conservative, non-invasive medical treatments to help patients with back pain, knee pain, joint pain, ligament and tendon damage, and other related soft tissue conditions. Its BACKSPACE retail spine health and wellness treatment centers deliver chiropractic care within Walmart locations. The Company is also conducting a Phase I clinical trial evaluating a mesenchymal stem cell therapy candidate for bradykinesia due to Parkinson's disease. The Company operates approximately 17 outpatient medical clinics in six states and four BackSpace locations in two states of United States.
