Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is a gold and silver exploration and development company that owns the Hycroft Mine in the prolific mining region of Northern Nevada. The Hycroft Mine is an existing gold and silver operation located 54 miles northwest of Winnemucca in Humboldt County and Pershing County, Nevada. The Hycroft Mine consists of 30 private parcels with patented claims that comprise approximately 1,787 acres, and 3,247 unpatented mining claims that encompass approximately 62,298 acres. The combined patented and unpatented claims comprise approximately 64,000 acres. The mine is situated on the western flank of the Kamma Mountains on the eastern edge of the Black Rock Desert.
