The Company provides services in two main segments of its business: Live Entertainment, and Agency. Its Live Entertainment business segment takes charge of the overall planning and managing of concerts and events, which includes working with artiste management companies and/or concert tour management companies to assess the suitability of different venues and coordinate artistes’ availability, and others. In its agency business segment, it specializes in facilitating engagements for celebrities, acting as an intermediary between companies seeking to promote their products or services and the celebrities who endorse them or make appearances.
