Factorial Energy Inc. is a solid-state battery innovator backed by In-Q-Tel and Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, Hyundai, and Kia. FEST is an electrolyte system that incorporates a polymer-based solid electrolyte with a small liquid component, supplanting the fully liquid electrolytes used in conventional Li-ion batteries.
